MID Description

The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund will invest principally in exchange-traded common stocks. Under normal market conditions, the portfolio managers will invest at least 80% of the fund's assets in securities of medium capitalization companies that the portfolio managers believe will create impact by aligning with at least one of the SDGs. The fund may purchase securities of small and large capitalization companies as well. It may engage in active and frequent trading of portfolio securities to achieve its principal investment strategies. The fund is non-diversified.

SMDV Description The investment seeks investment results before fees and expenses that track the performance of the Russell 2000 Dividend Growth Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index). The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks, which are equally weighted, and no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index's weight.
