Its products are used to measure various liquids, including water, oil, and lubricants. The company offers water meters, and related technologies and services to municipal water utilities; and products to measure and control materials flowing through a pipe or pipeline in water/wastewater; heating, ventilating, and air conditioning; oil and gas; chemical and petrochemical; food and beverage; and pharmaceutical production industries. It is also involved in the sale of and radio technology to natural gas utilities for installation on their gas meters and concrete vibrators. The company sells its products through employees, resellers, and representatives. Badger Meter, Inc. was founded in 1905 and is headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
