As of April 8, 2013, the company, through its Heritage Bank operated 28 banking offices in western Washington and the greater Portland, Oregon area; and through its Central Valley Bank operated 6 branches in the Yakima Valley. Heritage Financial Corporation was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Olympia, Washington.
