Currently, the Sub-Adviser expects to invest a significant portion of the fund's assets in the securities of companies in the health care and information technology sectors, although this may change from time to time. It is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the DEMZ Political Contribution Index. The index is a subset of the S&P 500® Index designed to provide exposure to companies that make political contributions to Democratic Party candidates and political action committees above a certain threshold.
