PSCF Description

The PowerShares S&P SmallCap Financials Portfolio (Fund) is based on the S&P SmallCap 600Â® Capped Financials Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to measure the overall performance of common stocks of US financial services companies. These companies are principally engaged in the business of providing services and products, including banking, investment services, insurance and real estate finance services. The Index is a subset of the S&P SmallCap 600Â® Index, which is a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted index reflecting the US small-cap market. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

SDIV Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive Global SuperDividendTM Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index tracks the performance of 100 equally weighted companies that rank among the highest dividend yielding equity securities in the world, as defined by Structured Solutions AG. It generally will use a replication strategy. The fund is non-diversified.
