The company’s Banking segment offers lines of credit, equipment loans and leases, letters of credit, agricultural loans, commercial real estate loans, and other loan products, as well as term financing; construction financing; residential mortgage loans; Internet banking services, check cards, and other add-on services; and treasury management services. This segment also provides savings, checking, interest-bearing checking, and money market accounts, as well as certificates of deposit; home improvement and home equity loans, credit cards, and loans for purchasing and carrying securities; and safe deposit boxes, bill pay, overdraft privilege services, gift cards, and access to automated teller machine facilities. In addition, the Banking segment offers wealth and investment management services, including estate planning, management and administration, investment portfolio management, employee benefit accounts, and individual retirement accounts. Its Mortgage Origination segment provides loan products, such as fixed rate conventional mortgages, adjustable rate mortgages, jumbo loans, and federal housing administration and veteran affairs loans. The company’s Insurance segment offers personal product line comprising homeowners, dwelling fire, manufactured home, flood, and vacant policies; and commercial lines, including commercial, builders risk, builders risk renovation, sports liability, and inland marine policies. Its Financial Advisory segment advises on public finance; trades in fixed income securities, underwrites tax-exempt and taxable fixed income securities, and trades equities on an agency basis; and offers asset and liability management advisory, correspondent clearing, asset management, capital raising, advisory, and corporate restructuring services. Hilltop Holdings Inc. is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
