Customers Bancorp, Inc. operates as the bank holding company for the Customers Bank that provides various banking and financial products and services to small businesses, not-for-profits, and consumers. The company offers depository products, including commercial and consumer checking accounts, non-interest-bearing demand accounts, money market deposit accounts, savings accounts, and time deposit accounts. It also provides a range of commercial lending products, including commercial and industrial business, small business, and multi-family commercial real estate loans; specialty lending products, such as warehouse loans; and consumer lending comprising local market mortgage loans and home equity loans. In addition, the company offers other financial services, including Internet banking, wire transfers, electronic bill payment, lock box, remote deposit capture, courier, merchant processing, cash vault, controlled disbursements, and positive pay services, as well as cash management services comprising account reconciliation, collections, and sweep accounts. It provides its services through 14 branches in Southeastern Pennsylvania; Rye, New York; and Hamilton, New Jersey. The company was founded in 1997 and is headquartered in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania.
