As of May 10, 2011, its property portfolio comprised approximately 3.0 million rentable square feet of retail space; approximately 1.8 million square feet of office space; 1 mixed-use property, including approximately 97,000 rentable square feet of retail space and a 369-room all-suite hotel; and approximately 900 multifamily units. The company was founded in 1967 and is based in San Diego, California.
