The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index is composed of all of the components of the S&P 500® Consumer Staples Index, an index that contains the common stocks of all companies included in the S&P 500® Index that are classified as members of the consumer staples sector, as defined according to the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS).

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed ETF. Under normal circumstances, it seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in U.S. equity securities that the Adviser believes, based on quantitative analysis, are undervalued at the time of purchase and have the potential for capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of U.S. companies.
