Under normal circumstances, the fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing at least 80% of its assets in securities in the Index and at least 80% of its assets in equity securities with small market capitalizations. The index is designed to deliver exposure to equity securities of U.S. issuers within the Parent Index that have high free cash flow yields.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the retail segment of a U.S. total market composite index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Retail Select Industry Index (the "index"), the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index.
