This signal is generated from textual sources, such as news articles, blogs, and SEC filings, processed using advanced machine learning algorithms. These algorithms sift through vast amounts of data to assess investor sentiment and identify stocks with the most positive news coverage. The process begins by screening US-listed equity securities based on capitalization, volatility, ROE, news coverage volume, and inclusion in Zacks sector and industry classifications. Selections are made based on the sentiment signal, which also integrates a sentiment momentum signal indicating shifts in investor sentiment over time. After the screening, the portfolio typically comprises the top 30 to 50 stocks, all equally weighted. Throughout this process, the fund prioritizes reliability, gathering information from reputable news outlets such as Zacks, Motley Fool, and CNBC. The fund is rebalanced and reconstituted monthly.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Nasdaq CTA Artificial Intelligence and Robotics IndexSM (the "index"). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies engaged in the artificial intelligence ("AI") and robotics segments of the technology, industrial and other economic sectors.
