The company also offers Workday Time Tracking for organizations to collect, process, and distribute time data to manage time and labor for their workforce; Workday Procurement, which allows users to configure procurement business processes collaborating with suppliers; and Workday Employee Expense Management, a expense management system that automates configurable expense management business processes and leverages workers, roles, organizations, and security policies from Workday HCM. It serves technology, financial services, business services, healthcare and life sciences, manufacturing, and consumer and retail industries, as well as education and government industries. The company was formerly known as North Tahoe Power Tools, Inc. and changed its name to Workday, Inc. in July 2005. Workday, Inc. was founded in 2005 and is headquartered in Pleasanton, California.
