The fund invests in public equity markets across global region. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of mid-cap companies, within the market capitalization range of the Russell Mid Cap Index. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund does not invest in companies operating across manufacture of complete tobacco products, cluster munitions, thermal coal and fossil fuels sectors. It employs internal, external and proprietary research to create its portfolio. Victory Portfolios II - VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ESG ETF is domiciled in the United States.

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500 GARP Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, the index provider compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is designed to track the performance of approximately 75 growth stocks in the S&P 500 that exhibit quality characteristics and have attractive valuation.Grade (RS Rating)
