Technical Analysis for COF - Capital One Financial Corporation

Grade Last Price % Change Price Change
C 137.99 -3.23% -4.61
COF closed down 3.23 percent on Tuesday, September 10, 2024, on 2.97 times normal volume. It was able to bounce off of its 200 day moving average, an important long-term support line. The stock fell below its 50 day moving average, damaging its intermediate-term outlook by crossing under that important trendline. The price action carved out a bullish hammer (or hammer-like) candlestick pattern. That may indicate an upside reversal. Look for price to trade above the high of the hammer for confirmation.
