KWEB Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of a specific foreign equity securities benchmark. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of its current benchmark, the CSI Overseas China Internet Index or in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure the performance of the investable universe of publicly traded China-based companies whose primary business or businesses are in the Internet and Internet-related sectors. It is non-diversified.

LEAD Description The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation by tracking the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Reality Shares DIVCON Leaders Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's assets will be invested in component securities of the benchmark index. The benchmark index is designed to capitalize on the theory that, over time, companies that consistently grow their dividends tend to have investment returns above the overall market. It is designed to select the companies that have the highest probability of increasing their dividend in a 12-month period. The fund is non-diversified.
