The S&P Global 1200 Shariah Information Technology Capped Index is designed to measure the performance of global large-cap equity securities within the information technology sector that pass rules-based screens for adherence to Shariah investment guidelines, with a cap applied to ensure diversification among companies in the index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s total assets will be invested in the component securities of the index. It is non-diversified.

The fund is co-managed by Capital Wealth Planning, LLC and Penserra Capital Management LLC. It invests in public equity markets of global ex-US region. The fund invests directly and through derivatives in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It uses derivatives such as options to create its portfolio. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of large cap companies, within the market capitalization range of the MSCI ACWI ex USA Index. The fund invests in dividend paying stocks of companies. Amplify International Enhanced Dividend Income ETF is domiciled in the United States.
