The company's Services segment offers various business process outsourcing services, including human resources services; finance and accounting services; healthcare payers and pharma; customer care services; technology-based transactional services for retail, travel, and non-healthcare insurance companies; government and transportation solutions; consulting solutions, revenue cycle management, and application services for healthcare providers; and government healthcare solutions. It also provides information technology outsourcing services comprising mainframe and server outsourcing, network outsourcing, desktop outsourcing, and cloud services, as well as remote infrastructure management, help desk/service desk management, managed storage, utility computing, disaster recovery, and security services. In addition, this segment offers document outsourcing services, such as managed print services that optimize, rationalize, and manage the operations of Xerox and non-Xerox print devices; and communication and marketing services that deliver design, communication, marketing, logistic, and distribution services through SMS, Web, email, and mobile, as well as print media. The company's Document Technology segment provides desktop monochrome and color printers, multifunction printers, copiers, digital printing presses, and light production devices; and production printing and publishing systems for the graphic communications marketplace and large enterprises, as well as toner and inkjet products. Its Other segment sells paper, wide-format systems, network integration solutions, and electronic presentation systems. The company sells its products and services through its sales force, as well as through a network of independent agents, dealers, value-added resellers, systems integrators, and the Web. Xerox Corporation was founded in 1906 and is headquartered in Norwalk, Connecticut.
