TEQI Description

The investment seeks a high level of dividend income and long-term capital growth. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its assets in common stocks listed in the United States, with an emphasis on large-capitalization stocks that have a strong track record of paying dividends or that are believed to be undervalued (or futures that have similar economic characteristics). It typically employs a value approach in selecting investments. The fund's in-house research team seeks companies that appear to be undervalued by various measures and may be temporarily out of favor but have good prospects for capital appreciation and dividend growth.

GII Description The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the Macquarie Global Infrastructure 100 Index. It invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in ADRs or GDRs based on securities comprising the index. The index is a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted index calculated by FTSE that is designed to measure the stock performance of companies within the infrastructure industry. The fund is non-diversified.
