Antero Midstream Partners LP provides midstream energy services to Antero Resources Corporation in the United States. The company's Gathering and Compression segment collects and transports natural gas through a network of gathering pipelines and compressor stations. Its Fresh Water Distribution segment sources and delivers fresh water for the well completion operations through two independent fresh water distribution systems. The company has operations in the Marcellus Shale in northwest West Virginia and Utica Shale in southern Ohio. Antero Resources Midstream Management LLC serves as the general partner of the company. Antero Midstream Partners LP was founded in 2013 and is based in Denver, Colorado.
