The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the ISE Cloud Computing(TM) Index. The index is owned and was developed by International Securities Exchange, LLC ("ISE" or the "Index Provider"). The index Provider has contracted with Standard & Poor's to calculate and maintain the index. The index is designed to provide a benchmark for investors interested in tracking companies actively involved in the cloud computing industry. The fund is non-diversified.

NSCS Description

The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of the sum of its net assets and the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in exchange-traded common stocks of small-capitalization companies. It may invest up to 15% of its total assets in non-dollar denominated equity securities of non-U.S. issuers listed on a foreign exchange that trade on such exchange contemporaneously with the shares of the fund. Up to 15% of the fund's total assets may be invested in equity securities of emerging market issuers.
