The investment objective of the Fund is to seek investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the Fund's fees and expenses, of an index called the Nasdaq US Smart Food & Beverage Index. The Fund seeks to replicate the holdings and weightings of the Nasdaq US Smart Food & Beverage Index as to generate performance results 95% correlated to that of the Nasdaq US Smart Food & Beverage Index.

The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Global 1200 Consumer Staples Sector IndexTM (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of companies that S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC ("S&P"), deems to be part of the consumer staples sector of the economy and that S&P believes are important to global markets.
