It invests in the public equity markets of the United States. The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of diverse market cap companies, within the market capitalization range of the Russell 2500 Index. The fund invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. It employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. Schwab Ariel ESG ETF was formed on November 16, 2021 and is domiciled in the United States.

PGJ Description The PowerShares Golden Dragon China Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index (Index). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in equity securities of companies deriving a majority of their revenues from the People’s Republic of China and that comprise the Underlying Index. The Underlying Index is composed of US exchange-listed companies that are headquartered or incorporated in the People’s Republic of China. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
