KBWR Description

The PowerShares KBW Regional Banking Portfolio (Fund) is based on the KBW Regional Banking Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index. The Index is an equal weighted float-adjusted market capitalization index that seeks to reflect the performance of publicly traded companies that do business as regional banks or thrifts listed on US stock markets. The Index is compiled, maintained and calculated by KBW and is composed of approximately 50 companies. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

ProShares UltraShort Utilities

SDP Description The investment seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times the inverse (-2x) of the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. UtilitiesSM Index. The fund invests in derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times the inverse (-2x) of the daily return of the index. The index measures the performance of the utilities sector of the U.S. equity market. Component companies include, among others, electric utilities, gas utilities, multi-utilities and water utilities. The fund is non-diversified.
