Under normal circumstances, it will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities, including common stocks and depositary receipts, of sustainable companies. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the health care providers and services segment of a U.S. total market composite index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Health Care Services Select Industry Index (the "index"), the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index.
