The company's Supply Chain Services segment provides its members with access to a range of products and services, including medical and surgical products, pharmaceuticals, laboratory supplies, capital equipment, information technology, food and nutritional products, and construction and janitorial services; and operates specialty pharmacy, as well as offers ASCEND Collaborative for members to receive group purchasing programs, tiers, and prices. This segment is also involved in the provision of software as a service (SaaS) informatics products comprising Supply Chain Advisor, an online automated contract management system; and SupplyFocus to offer benchmarking on supply chain indicators for acute care facilities, as well as in the direct sourcing business. Its Performance Services segment offers OperationsAdvisor SaaS application, a cost management solution for acute and ambulatory care settings; and SpendAdvisor, an automated supply chain analytics SaaS application. This segment also provides QualityAdvisor SaaS application, which provides the clinical comparative database; Quality Measures Reporter SaaS application, a performance measuring and reporting solution; PhysicianFocus application that enables its members to view accurate and timely physician practice data; and SafetyAdvisor SaaS application that helps its hospital members and healthcare systems focus on improving patient safety and enhancing outcomes. In addition, it offers PopulationFocus, NetworkFocus, and CareFocus solutions under the PopulationAdvisor brand name; performance improvement collaboratives; advisory services; and insurance programs and services, as well as operates enterprise provider analytics platform for enterprise level data warehousing, collaboration, and content management. The company is headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina.
