The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks long term growth of capital. The fund seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s net assets plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes in U.S. listed common stock. The fund will invest its assets in common stocks of large, mid, and small-capitalization companies.

The investment seeks to provide long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities issued by large capitalization companies. Its portfolio will be principally composed of common stocks issued by companies domiciled in the United States, common stocks issued by non-U.S. companies that are principally traded in the United States and ADR. The fund utilizes a multi-manager approach to provide exposure to the large capitalization growth segment of the equity market through the blending of multiple portfolio management teams.
