Green Brick Partners, Inc. engages in the home building business in the United States. It operates through two segments, Builder Operations and Land Development. The company is involved in the land acquisition and development, entitlements, design, construction, marketing, and sale of various residential projects, such as town, single family, and luxury homes in master planned communities; development of lots for public and large private builders; and construction lending business. It owns or controls approximately 4,200 home sites in the Dallas and Fort Worth, Texas, as well as Atlanta, Georgia. The company offers its homebuilding services under the JBGL Communities brand name; and land development services under the Green Brick Communities brand name primarily through sales representatives and independent real estate brokers. Green Brick Partners, Inc. is based in Plano, Texas.
