SPHD

PowerShares S&P 500 High Dividend Portfolio

SPHD Description

The PowerShares S&P 500® High Dividend Portfolio (the “Fund”) seeks investment results that generally correspond (before fees and expenses) to the price and yield of the S&P 500 Low Volatility High Dividend Index (the “Underlying Index”). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Underlying Index. Standard & Poor’s® compiles, maintains and calculates the Underlying Index, which is composed of 50 securities traded on the S&P 500 Index that historically have provided high dividend yields and low volatility. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted semi-annually, in January and July

RDIV

RevenueShares Ultra Dividend Fund

RDIV Description The investment seeks to outperform the total return performance of the S&P 900® Index, the fund's benchmark index (the "benchmark index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets in the securities of companies included in the benchmark index. The index is constructed by identifying the top 60 securities from the benchmark index with the highest average of the 1-year trailing dividend yields for the current quarter and each of the past three quarters, which are then re-weighted according to the revenue earned by the companies, subject to certain asset diversification requirements and a maximum 5% per company weighting. The fund is non-diversified.
