Simplify Exchange Traded Funds - Simplify Health Care ETF seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of U.S. health care companies. The fund adviser defines health care companies as companies included in the Global Industry Classification Standard health care sector. The fund will typically invest in 50 – 100 health care companies. The adviser generally seeks investments in companies that are developing new and effective medicines, as well as companies whose business models reduce costs or improve quality in health care systems.

PowerShares KBW Regional Banking Portfolio ETF

KBWR Description The PowerShares KBW Regional Banking Portfolio (Fund) is based on the KBW Regional Banking Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index. The Index is an equal weighted float-adjusted market capitalization index that seeks to reflect the performance of publicly traded companies that do business as regional banks or thrifts listed on US stock markets. The Index is compiled, maintained and calculated by KBW and is composed of approximately 50 companies. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
