The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that will invest under normal circumstances primarily (at least 65% of its assets) in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies that are relevant to the fund's investment theme of disruptive innovation. Its investments in foreign equity securities will be in both developed and emerging markets. The fund currently intends to use only American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") when purchasing foreign securities. It is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, track the price return performance of the EQM Tactile AR/VR Virtual Technology Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies that are expected to benefit from the increased adoption of augmented reality ("AR") and virtual reality ("VR") technologies. The fund will concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the index concentrates in an industry or group of industries.
