Contact Center

A contact center is a centralized office used for the purpose of receiving and transmitting a large volume of requests by telephone, email, web chat, social media, and other channels. It is operated by a company to administer incoming product support or information inquiries from consumers. Outbound campaigns such as telemarketing, customer surveys and collections are also handled.
