XPH Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the pharmaceuticals segment of a U.S. total market composite index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Pharmaceuticals Select Industry Index (the "index"), the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the pharmaceuticals industry group of the S&P Total Market Index ("S&P TMI"). The fund is non-diversified.

ProShares S&P MidCap 400 Dividend Aristocrats ETF

REGL Description The investment seeks investment results before fees and expenses that track the performance of the S&P MidCap 400® Dividend Aristocrats Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index). The index includes all companies meeting these requirements and includes a minimum of 40 stocks, each of which is equally weighted. No single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index's weight.
