PGJ Description
The PowerShares Golden Dragon China Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ Golden Dragon China Index (Index). The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in equity securities of companies deriving a majority of their revenues from the People’s Republic of China and that comprise the Underlying Index. The Underlying Index is composed of US exchange-listed companies that are headquartered or incorporated in the People’s Republic of China. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

Victory Portfolios II - VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ESG ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Victory Capital Management Inc. The fund invests in public equity markets across global region. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of mid-cap companies, within the market capitalization range of the Russell Mid Cap Index. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund does not invest in companies operating across manufacture of complete tobacco products, cluster munitions, thermal coal and fossil fuels sectors.
