The fund employs a “passive management” investment approach designed to track the total return performance of the index. The index is a rules-based index that consists of globally-listed stocks and depositary receipts of digital entertainment companies. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in companies that derive at least 50% of their revenues from Digital Entertainment. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, track the price return performance of the EQM Tactile AR/VR Virtual Technology Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies that are expected to benefit from the increased adoption of augmented reality ("AR") and virtual reality ("VR") technologies. The fund will concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the index concentrates in an industry or group of industries.
