The investment seeks a moderate level of current income and consistent dividend growth at a rate that exceeds inflation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in publicly-traded equity securities in dividend-paying companies that the Adviser believes have the ability to consistently increase their dividend payments over the medium term (three to five years).
