The fund invests in stocks of companies operating across financials, diversified financials, capital markets, investment banking and brokerage, securities and commodities markets services, security brokers and dealers, online security brokers and dealers, online trading systems, consumer finance, personal credit agencies, consumer digital lending, diversified financial services, specialized finance, credit agencies, business credit agencies, commercial digital lending, insurance, information technology, software and services, it services, data processing and outsourced services, internet merchant services, payment processors, payment service providers and gateways, payment wallets, online bill payment services, internet services and infrastructure, internet based banking related services sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund seeks to track the performance of the EQM Emerging Markets Fintech Index, by using full replication technique. Amplify ETF Trust - Amplify Emerging Markets FinTech ETF was formed on January 29, 2019 and is domiciled in the United States.

PSCU Description
The PowerShares S&P SmallCap Utilities Portfolio (Fund) is based on the S&P SmallCap 600® Capped Utilities & Telecom Services Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to measure the overall performance of common stocks of US utilities and telecommunication services companies. These companies are principally engaged in providing either energy, water or natural gas utilities, as well as services designed to promote or enhance the transmission of voice, data and video over various communications media, including wireline, wireless (terrestrial-based), satellite and cable. The Index is a subset of the S&P SmallCap 600® Index, which is a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted index reflecting the US small-cap market. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.Grade (RS Rating)
