CNRG Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P Kensho Clean Power Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is designed to capture companies whose products and services are driving innovation behind clean power. The fund may invest in equity securities that are not included in the index, cash and cash equivalents or money market instruments, such as repurchase agreements and money market funds. It is non-diversified.

ROM Description The investment seeks daily investment results that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the Dow Jones U.S. TechnologySM Index. The fund invests in securities and derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times (2x) the daily return of the index. The index measures the performance of the technology sector of the U.S. equity market. Component companies include, among others, those involved in computers and office equipment, software, communications technology, semiconductors, diversified technology services and Internet services. The fund is non-diversified.
