The index is designed to provide exposure to companies that have business operations in the field of cloud computing based in developed market countries. The fund will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities that comprise the index and in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") and Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on the securities in the index. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the ISE Cloud Computing(TM) Index. The index is owned and was developed by International Securities Exchange, LLC ("ISE" or the "Index Provider"). The index Provider has contracted with Standard & Poor's to calculate and maintain the index. The index is designed to provide a benchmark for investors interested in tracking companies actively involved in the cloud computing industry. The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
