Regulated Natural Gas Transmission

Regulated natural gas transmission is the process of transporting natural gas from one location to another through a network of pipelines. This process is regulated by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) to ensure that the gas is transported safely and efficiently. The FERC also sets the rates for natural gas transmission, which are based on the cost of the pipeline and the amount of gas being transported.
