The fund invests in the public equity markets of the United States. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. It invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund does not invest in stocks of companies operating across tobacco, firearms, controversial weapons, human rights violations or environmental abuses sectors. USCF ESG Dividend Income Fund is domiciled in the United States.

SRHR Description Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in Real Estate Investment Trusts ("REITs") that are publicly traded on domestic stock exchanges. In addition, the fund strategically implements an option strategy consisting of writing (selling) U.S. exchange-traded covered call options on the REITs in the fund"s portfolio. The fund is non-diversified.
