The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund. The Sub-Adviser concentrates the fund's investments (i.e., invests more than 25% of its net assets) in the securities of issuers in the biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare technology, and life science tools and services industries. The Sub-Adviser employs an actively managed opportunistic multi-asset strategy that focuses on common stock, preferred stock, convertible bonds, structured notes, corporate notes and bonds, and ETFs that primarily invest in the preceding security types. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index. The fund employs a sampling strategy in seeking to track the performance of the S&P Developed Ex-U.S. under USD2 Billion Index. It invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in ADRs or GDRs based on securities comprising the index. The index is a market capitalization weighted index designed to define and measure the investable universe of publicly traded small-cap companies domiciled in developed countries outside the United States.
