Summit State Bank, a community bank, provides a range of financial products and services to small-to medium-sized businesses, professionals and professional associations, entrepreneurs, high net worth families, foundations, estates, and individual consumers. Its deposit products includes personal and business checking accounts, money market accounts, time certificates of deposit, sweep accounts, and specialized deposit accounts, such as professional accounts, small business packaged accounts, tiered accounts, and Keogh and IRA accounts. The company's loan portfolio comprises commercial loans and leases, lines of credit, commercial real estate loans, small business administration loans, residential mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit, term loans, equipment loans, business lines of credit, and construction loans. It also offers consumer loans, including auto loans, mortgage loans, home improvement loans, and home equity lines of credit, as well as loans for accounts receivable and inventory financing, loans to agriculture-related businesses, and equipment and expansion financing programs. In addition, the company provides services consisting of banking by appointment, online banking services, direct payroll and social security deposits, letters of credit, access to national automated teller machine networks, courier services, safe deposit boxes, night depository facilities, notary services, travelers checks, lockbox, and banking by mail, as well as electronic banking, cash management services, and electronic bill payment for commercial and consumer customers. It operates through five offices located in Santa Rosa, Petaluma, Rohnert Park, and Healdsburg. Summit State Bank was founded in 1982 and is headquartered in Santa Rosa, California.
