The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Health Care Providers Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the healthcare providers sector of the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.

DUSA Description
The investment seeks long-term capital growth and capital preservation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in equity securities issued by U.S. companies. The fund's portfolio, generally, contains between 15 and 35 companies. It may invest a portion of its assets in financial services companies. The fund may also invest in mid- and small-capitalization companies, which the manager considers to be those companies with less than $10 billion in market capitalization.
