The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Select Oil Exploration & Production Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the oil exploration and production sub-sector of the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the Alerian Energy Infrastructure Index (AMEI) (the "index"). The index is comprised of 30 equity securities of issuers headquartered or incorporated in the United States and Canada that engage in the transportation, storage, and processing of energy commodities ("midstream energy businesses").
