Technical Analysis for CNX - CONSOL Energy Inc.

Grade Last Price % Change Price Change
grade D 8.43 -0.94% -0.08
CNX closed down 0.94 percent on Friday, July 10, 2020, on 89 percent of normal volume. It was able to bounce off of its 200 day moving average, an important long-term support line. The price action carved out a bullish hammer (or hammer-like) candlestick pattern. That may indicate an upside reversal. Look for price to trade above the high of the hammer for confirmation. Note that the stock is in oversold territory based on its Slow Stochastic indicator (14, 3, 3) -- sideways movement or a bounce should not be unexpected.
