As of December 31, 2012, its assets consisted of 13 gathering systems, 7 natural gas treating facilities, 10 natural gas processing facilities, 2 NGL pipelines, 1 interstate natural gas pipeline, and 1 intrastate natural gas pipeline. Western Gas Holdings, LLC serves as the general partner of Western Gas Partners, LP. The company was founded in 2007 and is headquartered in The Woodlands, Texas.
