The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies that are expected to benefit from the increased adoption of augmented reality ("AR") and virtual reality ("VR") technologies. The fund will concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the index concentrates in an industry or group of industries. It is non-diversified.

The index is a global index that tracks the performance of the global video gaming and eSports (also known as electronic sports) segment. The fund may invest in depositary receipts and securities denominated in foreign currencies. It is non-diversified.
