The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is a subset of the Morningstar US Market Index and the Morningstar Global Markets ex-US Index family (the "Parent Indexes"). The fund is non-diversified.
