- Critical Path
Critical Path is a project management technique used to identify the sequence of activities that must be completed on time in order for a project to be completed on schedule. It is a network diagram that shows the sequence of activities and their dependencies, and the amount of time each activity will take. The critical path is the longest path through the network diagram, and any delay in any activity on the critical path will delay the entire project.
