In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Global Dividend Aristocrats Index (the "index"), the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities comprising the index or in American Depositary Receipts ("ADRs") or Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") based on securities comprising the index. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Dow Jones Global Select Dividend IndexSM. The fund normally invests at least 90% of assets in common stocks that comprise the index or in depositary receipts representing securities in the index. The index universe consists of all dividend-paying companies in the Dow Jones World Developed Index which are subjected to eligibility screens for dividend quality and liquidity before being selected for inclusion in the index.
